What data we collect
When you send a booking request or contact us, we store the details you provide: name, phone number, email address and booking details such as date, number of guests and any allergies or requests.
Why we process it
The data is used only to handle your booking, answer enquiries and prepare quotes for events and catering. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter — via the form on this website or the checkbox in the booking form — we store your email address and use it only to send newsletters about concerts, menus and news from Malinda’s. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at info@malindas.se.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your booking and thereafter as required by accounting legislation. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies to function, for example for language choice. With your consent we also use Google Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics — no statistics cookies are set without your consent, and you can decline. We use no marketing cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map is displayed.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you. Contact us at info@malindas.se and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
